Insurance and Billing
We accept all major insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, and also CareCredit financing. We accept payment in cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
First Visit Info
On your first visit, the doctor will review your condition and may take x-rays. We will then have you return in 1-3 days to present to you our findings and a recommendation for your care. This new patient packet is $49 unless covered by insurance.
