Plain-English plansWhat's wrong, what we'll do, how long it takes

No long contractsPay per visit. Stop whenever you're better

Try it: the "text neck" effect

Your head weighs about 12 lb. Until you look down.

Every degree you tilt forward makes your neck muscles work harder to hold your head up. Drag the slider to see how much load your neck carries while you read this on your phone.

  • Raise your screen to eye level
  • Bring the phone up, not your head down
  • Every 30 minutes, tuck your chin and roll your shoulders back

12lb on your neck

Like carrying a bowling ball close to your chest. Easy.

  1. 0°12 lb
  2. 15°27 lb
  3. 30°40 lb
  4. 45°49 lb
  5. 60°60 lb

More than an adjustment

Four steps to staying better.

An adjustment can bring quick relief. Lasting change comes from the muscles and habits around the joint, so every plan includes all four.

01

Adjust

Precise, gentle adjustments to restore movement in stiff joints. Prefer no "cracking"? We have low-force options.

02

Release

Soft-tissue therapy, instrument-assisted work and stretching for the tight muscles that pull you out of line.

03

Strengthen

Rehab exercises in our gym, coached until you can do them confidently on your own.

04

Prevent

Desk, sleep and lifting tweaks plus a 10-minute home routine, so you need us less over time.

Your first visit

An hour that's mostly about you.

No rushing you onto a table. We listen, examine, explain what we found, and only treat if it's the right call. If chiropractic isn't right for you, we'll tell you and refer you to someone who is.

RTRobert T.Low back pain

"Dr. Okafor explained everything before she touched me. My headaches went from four a week to maybe one a month."

JSJenna S.Tension headaches

"They never pushed a 40-visit package. They told me when I was done and gave me a plan to stay that way."
